The programme is fast-paced with many deliverables over a short period of time and we had to deliver whilst performing our day jobs concurrently.Learnings:

School bus operations
Management decided to manage school bus ridership internally for one school thinking it could be profitable.

Challenges:
This project was transferred in a critical state to me and my team member due to a breakdown in the relationship between stakeholders. We were asked to solve the issue and rebuild trust and relationships.
Buses are typically privately owned and operated by blue-collar workers who have significant cultural gaps with our expatriate parents.Learnings:
Relationships and clear and transparent communication were vital to the success of this project. Understanding how bus operations are conducted and planning of bus routes
Improvements:
This could have been avoided if more robust due diligence was conducted.
Output:
Aligning hostile stakeholders, bus operator communication/incident log, amended bus operator contracts and transitioning to the more sustainable operator.
